Importing efficiently
Import the full set before you activate the webhook so the first synced appointment has somewhere to land. Search by name to find one field quickly, filter by group when reviewing a category, or download the complete set and bulk import it instead of creating fields individually.
Do not rename the keys
Workflows and templates reference fields by key. Renaming one breaks the sequences that read it, and it fails silently - the message still sends, just without the clinic or appointment detail in it. Adjust display labels freely and leave keys exactly as supplied.
