Go Live: Nookal and Gohighlevel Sync
Map Nookal clinics, practitioners and appointment types to Gohighlevel calendars, choose the push direction, enable the webhook and test the sync before going live.
Saving the webhook in Nookal is what switches the sync on. Nookal then notifies the integration whenever an appointment or patient record changes, and the Gohighlevel contact, appointment and custom fields update in near real time.
Copy the webhook URL from your dashboard into Nookal, save it, and create a test appointment. A correct setup shows the contact in Gohighlevel with clinic, practitioner, service, date, time and status populated.
If the test does not land, confirm the webhook is on the connected Nookal account, that clinic and practitioner mappings are complete, and that the custom fields were imported first.
Saving the webhook switches the sync on
Until the Nookal webhook is saved the connection is inactive. Once it is in place, Nookal notifies the integration whenever an appointment or patient record changes, and the Gohighlevel contact, appointment and custom fields update in near real time rather than on a schedule.
Copy the URL from your dashboard with the copy button, paste it into Nookal and save - there is nothing else to configure on the Nookal side.
Testing the connection
Create a test appointment for a mapped clinic and practitioner. A correct setup shows the contact in Gohighlevel within seconds, with clinic, practitioner, service, date, time and status populated. Cancel the test afterwards and confirm that change arrives too, so you know updates flow as well as creations.
Test with a practitioner at each location if you run several clinics; a mapping gap at one site is easy to miss when the first test happens at the busiest one.
When the test does not land
Confirm the webhook is on the Nookal account you connected, that clinic and practitioner mappings are complete, and that the custom fields were imported before testing. Change one thing at a time and re-test so the cause is unambiguous.
