Jane App Two-Way Sync Setup
Set up real-time two-way sync between Jane App and Gohighlevel using a Jane private integration token and your clinic domain. Works for all event types except Event Calendars.

The Jane App integration keeps your Jane diary and Gohighlevel in step in both directions. When an appointment is booked, rescheduled, cancelled or marked as a no-show in Jane, the matching Gohighlevel contact and appointment update within seconds; bookings taken in Gohighlevel or by a Voice AI agent are written into Jane against the right practitioner and treatment.
Setup follows the same eight steps as every other platform: install the plugin, generate a secure Universal Plugins key, map practitioners and treatments to Gohighlevel calendars, import the custom fields, add the webhook in Jane, run a test booking, verify the record in Gohighlevel, then activate your workflows.
Every Jane event type is supported except Jane Event Calendars, so one-to-one appointments sync fully while group classes stay in Jane. No development work is involved at any stage - the whole connection is configuration you can finish in an afternoon.
The eight setup steps
Install the plugin in the clinic's Gohighlevel sub-account, generate a secure Universal Plugins key so your Jane credentials are never stored in plain text, map practitioners and treatments to Gohighlevel calendars, import the custom fields, save the webhook in Jane, run a test booking, confirm the contact and appointment in Gohighlevel, then activate your workflows.
Plan the mapping before you start. Deciding which treatments belong on which calendar is the only step that needs real thought; everything else is copying a value from one screen to another.
What syncs and what does not
Every Jane event type syncs except Jane Event Calendars. One-to-one appointments - initial visits, reviews, treatment blocks - move in both directions in near real time, while group classes and events stay in Jane where they are easier to manage manually.
Bookings taken in Gohighlevel or by a Voice AI agent are written into Jane against the correct practitioner and treatment, so the Jane diary remains the definitive record of the clinic's day.
After activation
Reminders, recalls, no-show recovery and review requests all read from the appointment custom fields, which stay current because the diary feeds them. That is what allows a clinic to leave the sequences running rather than checking them each week.
If a test booking does not appear, check the webhook is on the connected Jane account, the practitioner and treatment mappings are complete, and the custom fields were imported before the test.
