Go Live: Jane App and Gohighlevel Sync
Map Jane practitioners and appointment types to Gohighlevel calendars, choose the push direction, enable the webhook and test the sync before going live.
Activation happens when the Jane webhook is saved. From that moment Jane notifies the integration on every relevant change, and the contact, appointment and custom fields in Gohighlevel follow the diary in near real time.
Copy the webhook URL from your dashboard into Jane's settings, save, then create a test appointment. The test should appear in Gohighlevel with practitioner, treatment, date, time and status filled in - proof that mapping, fields and webhook are all correct.
If nothing arrives, check that the webhook was saved on the same Jane account you connected, that practitioner and treatment mappings are complete, and that the custom fields were imported before testing.
Activation happens here
Saving the webhook in Jane is the moment the integration goes live. From then on Jane notifies us of every relevant change, and the Gohighlevel contact, appointment and custom fields follow the diary within seconds rather than on a periodic import.
Until the webhook is saved nothing moves, even when mapping and fields are already correct - so this is the step to check first when a new connection appears inactive.
Running the test
Copy the webhook URL from your dashboard, paste it into Jane's settings and save. Then create a test appointment for a mapped practitioner and treatment. Within a few seconds the contact should appear in Gohighlevel with practitioner, treatment, date, time and status filled in - which confirms mapping, fields and webhook in one pass.
Cancel the test appointment afterwards and check that the change reaches Gohighlevel too, so you know both create and update events are flowing.
Common causes when nothing arrives
The webhook saved on a different Jane account from the one you connected, an incomplete practitioner or treatment mapping, custom fields imported after the test rather than before, or a renamed field key. Fix one thing at a time and re-test so you know which change resolved it.
